2. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to acceptance by OwnYourMark.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • For personalised items, please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept all major payment methods via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, and Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.

4. Personalised Products

  • All personalised and engraved items are non-refundable.

  • We will correct any engraving errors that are our responsibility. Please check your order carefully before confirming.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

  • Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Any customs or import duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Non-personalised items may be returned within 14 days in accordance with our Refund Policy

  • Personalised items cannot be returned unless there is a proven error in the engraving.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the OwnYourMark website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is owned by OwnYourMark and protected by copyright law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • OwnYourMark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

  • We make every effort to display accurate product information but cannot guarantee that colours and images are an exact representation.

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
