At OwnYourMark, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. While we take great care to ensure every order meets the highest standards, we understand that issues may occasionally arise. This policy explains your rights and how we handle refunds and returns.
1. Personalised & Customised Items

Because our jewellery and gifts are custom made to order, all personalised and engraved items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please check your details carefully before confirming your order, as we engrave exactly what is provided.

If we make an engraving error that differs from the approved proof or confirmed personalisation details, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or partial refund.
2. Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised items, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Items must be:

Unworn and in their original condition.

Returned in original packaging.

Shipped back at your cost, unless the item is faulty.
Once received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may need to place a new order once your return (if applicable) has been processed.
